Do I need to be in Georgia? No! Most clients work with me virtually from anywhere in the US and worldwide.
How long should I commit? Depends on your goals. We'll discuss during your discovery call—some see progress in 6 sessions, others prefer 12+.
Is coaching covered by insurance? Increasingly yes, though coverage varies. I provide documentation for reimbursement. Check with your plan.
What if I have a doctor or therapist? Perfect! Health coaching complements medical care and therapy—it doesn't replace them.
