I get it.
One influencer tells you to drink celery juice at 5am. Another swears cold plunges are the answer. Someone else insists you need to track every macro, hit 10,000 steps, meditate for 20 minutes, and drink half your body weight in water—all before breakfast.

Here's what I know after years of coaching and my own wellness journey: the loudest advice isn't always the right advice. Not for you, anyway.
Because here's the truth that gets lost in all that noise: wellness isn't about following someone else's protocol. It's about learning to listen to your own body and understanding what wellness means to you specifically.
Your body is constantly sending you signals—about what energizes you, what drains you, what you need more of, what you need less of. But when we're overwhelmed by all the "shoulds" floating around the internet, we stop listening to the most important voice: our own.
Wellness is more personal than you think
And here's another thing: wellness isn't just green smoothies and gym sessions (though those can be part of it).
